Meet Kyle Strand. His bright personality and optimism allow him to embrace the great Minnesota outdoors by skiing and playing hockey in his free time. Having two different colored eyes and two sets of twins in his family (including himself), Kyle is one of a kind. Our media relations manager hopes to be a PR pro for a sport team one day and comes from a goal-oriented background. He has his godfather, the inventor of the rollerblade, to thank for his creativity and entrepreneurship.

Meet Nicole Otterness. Miss Social Media is also the sweetest female in the assembly who comes to 44th Degree with optimism and an overflowing heart. This friend of ours is such a lover: of pets, Pinterest, fashion and finding nooks in every corner of the globe. Nicole is telling our stories as individuals and as a collective with purpose and positivity - the only way she knows how. It’s a pleasure to connect you with our social media butterfly, Nicole.

Meet Robert Meyer. Intelligent and hard-working are just a few ways to describe this team player. Robert was born in Nebraska (Go Cornhuskers!) and is a huge sports fan, especially baseball, softball, basketball and badminton. Having eight siblings, one of which he considers his best friend, he is very patient, family-oriented, and dreams of being a stay-at-home dad one day. This 44th Degree member loves mission work and strives to help those around him in any way he can.

Super sweet with a touch of sass? Let me introduce you to Cheryl. This small-town gal grew up on a goat farm in Glenwood, Minnesota, where she and her family ran a branch of the humane society. Being the caring and family-oriented woman that she is, Cheryl’s life-long dream is to partner with her mother and open a humane society available to all types of animals. Oh for cute! Our director of client relations is also known for her creativity and her love of many things (mainly pugs).

The self-described “introverted extrovert” is also an avid crafter, a devote explorer and dreams of being an activist involved in a historical movement. Outside of being the boldest person we know, Mandi knows how to get things started and keep them going. Her role as our PR Director couldn’t be a more perfect fit. She has an artful and experienced approach, making her a major asset to 44th Degree and our clients. She's here if your looking for a witty friend or a quality jam session.

Meet Kenzie Hendlin. Kenzie’s superb organizational and analytical skills have earned her not just one role here at 44th Degree, but two. About as well-rounded as they come, Kenzie enjoys athletics, yoga, crafts, pets, family, and of course, coffee. She dreams of sailing Croatia and loves watching Super Bowl commercials. Although she probably won’t take us on her trip to Croatia, we are thrilled to have her on board with us here at 44th Degree.

Meet Celeste Nitti. If you look in the dictionary at the word conscientious, chances are Celeste’s name will be smack dab in the middle. It’s rare that you find someone as passionate, warm, and talented as this one - consider us proud. She has a strong and unique ability to create all things digital, making her an above-and-beyond Digital Media Specialist. Her go-getter personality and whimsical sense of humor make her irreplaceable to 44th Degree.

Meet Courtney Wagner, always laughing but never at the wrong time. Is there a wrong time to be laughing?...Debatable. Courtney is our jack-of-all-trades; involved, efficient and able, taking on any task with assertive style and original strategy. How exactly? Our best guess is because she’s a pure, Minnesota-built entrepreneur. Someone who values family, a Midwestern motorized adventure, and both cats and dogs will make you appreciate the simple things life has to offer.

Meet Torie Bolster. She's a creative rebel if we’ve ever met one: thoughtful and intent, yet fearlessly and wildly inventive. Torie put pieces of her personality into the colors, detail and demeanor of 44th Degree’s digital designs, which is exactly why she’s our amiable Art Director. She’s a woman with wonderment, ready to add mystery and soul into every creation. We’re grateful for our sister with soul and pleased to introduce her to you as the creative face of the collective.

Meet Kaitlynn Woloszyk, our triple threat. She is an experienced PR pro who has the ability to wear a variety of hats, and is ambitious enough to wear them well. When she is not running numbers and organizing our finances, she is developing high-quality media content and providing creative insights. As much as she enjoys her free time watching Netflix, her love for the Cubbies reigns supreme. Remember when they won the World Series for the first time in 108 years? Kaitlynn sure does.

All the way from Kansas City, let us introduce to you Cydnei Gunderson. She is the jokester of the team and just a ball to have around. She is witty, adaptable, a creative copywriter, and the perfect balance between competitive and a team player. This girl lives for a good beat to jam to and for some lyrics that speak to her and also enjoys looking online for adoptable dogs in her free time. This woman has such a big heart and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team.
